Age conditions
Applicants aged 50 and above are listed as eligible. Applicants aged 30–49 must meet one listed condition: Sarawak residential property valued at least RM600,000, a child under 21 studying in Sarawak with a student pass, or certified long-term medical treatment in Sarawak.

Financial proof and fixed deposit
The initial fixed deposit is RM150,000 for an individual or RM300,000 for a couple. Pension fund or offshore-income financial proof is RM7,000 or RM10,000 respectively. After approval, the maintained balance is RM90,000 for an individual or RM180,000 for a couple.

Partial withdrawal
From the second year onward, a partial fixed-deposit withdrawal of up to 40% is permitted for a house or car in Sarawak, medical expenses in Sarawak, or a child’s education in Sarawak.

Dependants
The checklist identifies spouse and parents, plus children below 21, stepchildren and disabled children. The successful-applicant section expressly permits unmarried children under 21; a child continuing school in Sarawak needs a Student Pass and insurance.
